Eset Management Agent status stuck at running forever

Hi,

I am unable to update the Eset Management Agent on multiple computesr. I start a task for ESET Protect Component Upgrade and select about 50 computers.

They are all online at the moment I start the update. All switch to Running Status but just a few, 8, manage to have a Finished Status in about 5min. The rest are still Running, its been 5 hour.

My Eset console is up to date.

Please check C:\ProgramData\ESET\RemoteAdministrator\Agent\EraAgentApplicationData\Logs\status.html  and trace.log on troublesome clients for possible errors. If necessary, please open a support ticket for assistance with further troubleshooting.
