Promblem with connect to Eset Inspect

Hi need help! I have a problem to connect for my server Eset inspector,

Writes what Login failed: Unable to connect to ESET Protect server, operation took too long to complete.

But server Eset protect is work stable,and I can connect for him.

Please tell me what could be causing this problem?

Looks like the ESET PROTECT server is not accessible from the ESET Inspect server. Are you able to open the ESET PROTECT management console on the ESET Inspect server?
