The "check file reputation" option been labeled as unavailable for me for few days now, well, the whole LiveGrid has been unavailable. ESET doesn't say anything about it on the main screen. I haven't changed anything in the settings but tried to restart LiveGrid which unfortunatelly didn't help. Any help is appreciated, thanks. Link to comment

Also enclose logs created as follows: Enable advanced logging under Help and support -> Technical support Reboot the machine Reproduce the issue Stop logging Collect logs with ESET Log Collector and upload the generated archive to the forum (attachments are available only to the ESET staff).
