Where to see filenames of cleaned/infected files?

I feel silly for asking this, but I can't seem to find it. Using ESET Protect, I can't seem to find the details or the filenames that are infected or cleaned after a scan. Can someone point me in the right direction?

I can just see the summary of the scan (see screenshot). I do see the 5 files in the quarantine that were cleaned, but how do I see the filename of the remaining infected file? I guess I'm expecting a list of infected files found by the scanner and the action taken on each. Does such a thing exist?

Thanks in advance.

Detections from on-demand scans appear in the Detections panel in the ESET PROTECT console.
