jonatansf 0 Posted July 28, 2022 Share Posted July 28, 2022 Hi, We are using ESET Endpoint Security. When we were using Windows Firewall RPC was working fine. After NOD32 Eset Endpoint Security, RPC is partly blocked so it is not usable. In the config we have enabled - Also evaluate rules from Windows, but RPC is still blocked. Administrators Marcos 5,406 Posted July 28, 2022 Administrators Share Posted July 28, 2022 Please carry on as follows: Enable advanced logging under Help and support -> Technical support Reboot the machine Reproduce the issue Stop logging Collect logs with ESET Log Collector and upload the generated archive here Provide information about the IP addresses involved in the blocked communication. jonatansf 0 Posted August 23, 2022 Author Share Posted August 23, 2022 I did that but the maximum attachment size is 100MB, logs size is around 250MB. The support personnel will ask for logs and provide you with instructions where to upload them, or upload the logs to a file sharing service and include a download link in the report.
