ESET Mail Security - IP (xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx) is in Blacklist

Hallo Community,

ich bin neu hier in dieser Runde und wir setzen seit kurzem ESET im Server und als Mail Security ein.

Und bei einem Punkt bezüglich Mail Security benötige ich unterstung und hab bis dahin leider nichts per Google oder hier gefunden.

(Vielleicht hab ich auch falshc gesucht :/)
 

Aktuell werden einige Mails als False Positiv erkannt. Grund laut Mail Security "IP (xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx) ist in Blacklist enthalten. " Dies muss dann wohl eine Blacklist von Eset sein, weil wir keine gepflegt haben.

Wenn ich die Quarantäne so durchschaue sind 99 % der Mails mit diesem Grund keine Spam nachrichten. Kann man das irgendwo in den Policies deaktivieren, dass dieser Grund nicht als Spam erkannt wird?

Oder habt ihr einen anderen Vorschalg?

I am new here and we use ESET in the server and as mail security.

And on one point regarding mail security I need support and have so far unfortunately nothing found via Google or here.

(Maybe searched wrong :/)
 

Currently some mails are detected as false positive. Reason according to Mail Security "IP (xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx) is included in blacklist. " This must be a blacklist from Eset then, because we have not maintained one.

When I look through the quarantine 99% of the mails with this reason are not spam messages. Is there a way to disable this reason from being detected as spam in the policies?

Or do you have another suggestion?

Hello Marcos,

I don't really understand that.
We receive mails that are detected as spam. Therefore, I do not have access to the mail addresses and unfortunately can not send a test mail from the sending account.

Please provide me with an example of an email which is incorrectly detected as spam in the msg or eml format.
