Enrolling a new phone for Two factor Authentication

I recently got a new phone handset. When I attempt to enroll the new handset for secure two factor authentication it is prompting me to Scan the QR code to add an account to the ESET Secure Authentication app. Unfortunately, on the business account I am unable to see any QR code. How can I get this resolved?
