Block users from downloading .exe

Hi, does anybody knows how can i block user from downloading .exe files

You can block downloading only partially when the path ends with .exe. You can accomplish it by adding "*/*.exe" to the list of blocked urls. It won't prevent downloading files when the path ends with .php, .aspx, etc.
