Tomasz Wasilewski 0
I've recently installed ESET Endpoint Antivirus for Linux (home user) on Ubuntu 20.04. The real-time file system protection didn't work at first but I managed to fix it with this sollution. However before I found this sollution I had generated logs to see what is happening. Now the Secure Boot problem is fixed but there is still this message about difficulty with receiving data form server: Quote Time,Component,Event,User 07/27/2022 05:23:45 PM,Real-time file system protection service,Secure Boot is enabled. Administrators Marcos 4,304 Posted July 27 Administrators Share Posted July 27 Please make sure that Endpoint can communicate with the servers listed at https://support.eset.com/en/kb332-ports-and-addresses-required-to-use-your-eset-product-with-a-third-party-firewall#services and that the SSL communication with the servers is not being intercepted, e.g. by a firewall, IPS, etc.
