Message in logs: "Cannot receive data from server: Network is unreachable"

Recommended Posts

I've recently installed ESET Endpoint Antivirus for Linux (home user) on Ubuntu 20.04. The real-time file system protection didn't work at first but I managed to fix it with this sollution. However before I found this sollution I had generated logs to see what is happening. Now the Secure Boot problem is fixed but there is still this message about difficulty with receiving data form server:

The most recent logs were generated at 07/27/2022 07:20:09 PM. What should I do to receive data from server ?

All the best,

Please make sure that Endpoint can communicate with the servers listed at https://support.eset.com/en/kb332-ports-and-addresses-required-to-use-your-eset-product-with-a-third-party-firewall#services and that the SSL communication with the servers is not being intercepted, e.g. by a firewall, IPS, etc.
