During installation, a PIN was set up for the app. Now the employee cannot remember the PIN. Even after repeated reinstallation (via link in the SMS), the PIN remains. No menu can be called up or settings made within the app. Complete lockout. Alternative options, such as lock screen gesture, SIM code, have also not led to a solution.
