Robax 1 Posted July 22, 2022 Share Posted July 22, 2022 Hello, after migration from old ESET server to new one with new database and migrating all clients we noticed that ELGA was not sending any files to analyze. After couple days of struggling we found a message saying that file was sent to analyze. After 5 min we got another message that ELGA need more time to analyze file but you can run it if you aware of consequences. On client in report of sent files we dont have any info, same on server console. I would like to add that in our EBA account we have ELGA license but after added license with EBA account on our new server we got EDTD license same on clients some have ELGA some have EDTD. What steps should we do to fix it ? Maybe someone have similar problem with not sending files to analyze. Thanks for any help. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Currently we are experiencing issues with LGA, our technicians are working hard on a resolution. Then we'll ask you to test submission again. Solution Robax 1 Posted July 27, 2022 Author Solution Share Posted July 27, 2022 Problem has been resolved, in our case after migrate to new serwer default policy was turn on and enable proxy serwer with wrong IP.
