Cannot force endpoint update windows OS thought ESET Protect Server.

Dear Teams,

I tried to create a client task "Operating System Update" to force clients update but the cannot even though the task has been completed. (I has followed this guide: Operating System Update | ESET PROTECT Cloud | ESET Online Help)

But when tried to click on the button Run system update on the Endpoint then the product work well.





Is there any problem with my action please give me an advice.

Please open a support ticket for further investigation. There could be a problem with WMI on the machine.
