Is ESET Research Lab closed on weekends?

Hi,

I wonder if the ESET research lab stopped processing malware sample submissions over the weekend.

I've submitted the following undetected samples (neither scanner nor LiveGuard detected them) the day before yesterday (16/7/2022):

However, so far, no detection has been added. I understand that the processing time may take longer on weekends, but taking more than 24 hours to analyze is unacceptable.

Again, both of them already detected by the free Microsoft Defender.......

I checked the detections on mentioned VT links and both files are subject of detection as of now...

You checked 16 hours later after the OP post. Sooner or later , everyone will catch-up.

But at that specific time ESET did not detect the sample.

Yeah! I can confirm these two files are now properly detected.
