Adding old ELA license to EBA Error

I;m trying to add one our our old ELA licenses to EBA, but get an email verification error.  After putting in the ELA password, it sends a verification to an unknown address tal***.****.com  i never registered this address.  was ELA hacked or someting? Pleasae help.

The license with the username in question was indeed registered to ta...i@n..a.gov.ng and expired more than 3 months ago.

If necessary, please contact the seller from whom you purchased the license.
