reinstall mdm

Could you help me with the following: the mdm console had to be reinstalled in a virtual machine, since there was a problem with mysql. Client did not know what certificates were used for the mobiles and they were disconnected. Is there a way to reconnect these mobile devices back to the console to be managed without needing to enroll again?
