ESET Insiders cutting_edgetech 25 Posted July 12, 2022 ESET Insiders Share Posted July 12, 2022 (edited) Eset Internet Security 15.2.11.0 says it has been updating for the past 2 hours! I've been using version 15.2.11.0 for about 2-3 weeks. I tried canceling the update without any success. I can't reboot right now because i'm encrypting a disk which will take another 3 hours to complete. I assume this is some sort of bug with Eset. Is 15.2.11.0 the latest stable release of Eset Internet Security? I don't have beta releases enabled. Should the problem persist after a reboot, carry on as follows: Close browsers as well as other applications that may generate network traffic. Enable advanced logging under Help and support -> Technical support Run update to reproduce the issue Stop logging after 5-10 minutes Collect logs with ESET Log Collector and upload the generated archive here.
