Why is AV Eset spamming me with marketing????

 

I have the option turned off in options but the popups keep happening.

Have you previously imported your settings.

I've seen this happen before when someone had imported the setting and apparently this setting cannot be imported so even though it shows as off it isn't.

This is me trying to remember though but I'm sure the fix was simply to enable and then disable and save
