To me it looks ok on other exe files so I assume it's either a Windows issue or related to the fact that the hypervisor I use doesn't fully support Windows 11 yet. Will ask colleagues to test it on a physical machine, just in case.

On folder also looks ok, for me only files is problem, but I have to be honest I didn't notice this before, maybe some recent eset updates created this problem?

The issue was confirmed to be a bug in Windows 11 that Microsoft fixed in the mean time.

What do you mean is fixed, I have latest update.

Allegedly the update has not been fully released by Microsoft yet.

Facing Same issue, still there is no fix from Eset, Its very disappointing.

Microsoft has already fixed it. The fix should be already in the Insider Preview builds of Windows 11.

I am also facing the same issue.

1, Make sure that you have the latest version of ESET installed.

2, Make sure that you have an Insider preview build of Windows 11 installed. I assume that Microsoft has not included the fix in standard updates yet.
