How to block countries with the firewall?

I am currently running a Plex Server, and I am wondering if it's possible to block specific countries from attempting to connect. If this isn't possible with ESET Firewall, can I use an IP range instead?

No, it's possible to use only IP addresses, subnets or ranges in the firewall.
