MY ACTIVATION CODE NOT WORKING

I have tried sending my activation code to email to login to eset home and send. it doesnt work

the email registration code doesn't either. I have a monthly 5 device account I even removed the 2 licenses to start with all 5 and it still doesn't work. 

anyone have solution. I am doing the monthly 14.00 premium
