Unable to log into EBA

I tried moving from ELA to EBA years ago, but eventually gave up because I could never log in to EBA.

It seems now I have to transfer our license over, but I still can't log in.

Try the existing password - there is a problem with the email address or password.

Reset the password just fine, get the same error.

Any ideas?  I tried registering again but it said my email address was already registered.
