ESET Internet Security was Activation failed.

Dear Sirs

When installing ESET Internet Security, 
it cannot be activated by entering the license key, 
and the error message ECP.20003

Activation failed. We could not reach the activation server ECP.20003

OS is Windows 11
User is a home users do not set up firewalls and other equipment.
In the same network, other computers can register.
please help.

it appears there is no attempt to communicate with activation servers (edf.eset.com). Was the pcap log really from an activation attempt? Nevertheless, I'd recommend opening a support ticket to confirm that something prevents ESET from communicating with activation servers.

Before I'd suggest removing the following records from the hosts file and rebooting the machine:

expire.eset.com
ocsp.globalsign.com
ocsp2.globalsign.com

I am removing  records from the hosts file and netsh winsock reset and rebooting the machine.
