"ESET Online Scanner" image appears on desktop and unable top remove it

I did a trial of ESET online scanner.  Soon after this image of "ESET Online Scanner" appeared on my desktop and I can't delete it in any way.  It is not an icon as I cannot activate it by right or left clicking.  I can left click on the image and move it around on my desktop and even over to a 2nd screen.  It does not appear in the desktop folder.  

Any help on how to remove it is appreciated.

You can re-download EOS and run a scan (at least a memory scan). After it has completed, you can choose to remove the application data on exit:

EOS only adds a standard icon / shortcut on the desktop:
