Any update on this ticket request

Hello You2022, this is not a ticket request.

On the ESET Security Forum, users help each other and ESET representatives may step in when necessary or when a question can't reasonably be answered by someone else.

However, in case of an unprotected server, I recommend to contact your local support team, who can assign an adequate priority to your case and help you out.

Regards,
Tomas

Further to what TomasP wrote, a segmentation fault is not something that can be answered without additional logs and investigation. Therefore it's necessary to open a support ticket with your local ESET partner so that the case is properly tracked in the ticketing system. Customer care will then tackle the issue on their own or with the help of developers and then ask for more details, logs, strace, etc.

  • 1 month later...

we have the same problem, and the eset support was less than helpful, the recommended procedure to dump was not successful.

we also have that problem on a centos 7.9 machine, how about eset support install a centos 7.9 machine and test it.

btw. for us it is not 1 machine but several
