iPhone with IOS 15.5 not possible to enroll

I deployed several windows servers, Windows 11 devices and 2 Android mobile devices.

Now i bought an iPhone with IOS 15.5

According: https://help.eset.com/protect_cloud/en-US/supported_products.html?operating_systems.html  IOS 15 is supported for mobile devices.

According : https://support.eset.com/en/kb6927-known-issues-for-latest-versions-eset-business-products#PROTECTcloud  this is not a known issue.

I created a static group Apple IOS Devices
ADD Device Accept the ULA and enroll with QR Code See image
Then enter device name and Generate code
Open in Chrome the  -> Download the MDM profile and wait ..

Now 24 hours later my iphone is still not enabled / enrolled / activated / connected under Apple IOS Devices

question: What is wrong ?

enrollment of a new Android device  Androind 8.1 -> same steps -> is working

Received from Eset support ONE picture which is NOT documented in userguide of Eset Cloud Protect.

Picture is:


After download profile @ telephone check profile download above Airplane Mode in Settings.

Click on Profile and Acknowledge and install this profile

10 seconds later .. refresh your dashboard 

result :



two iPhones enrolled next to the 3 Android devices.

pictures tells us more than 1000 words.

I have requested Eset support to Add picture of telephone into userguide.

Case closed 🙂
