Krischeu 1
Hi, I have a Samsung Flipchart. When I stop the firewall. the wireless screen sharing is working fine. When the firewall is active, the screen sharing is blocked. What can I do? Best Regards, Heinz
Administrators Marcos 4,243 Posted June 8 Administrators Share Posted June 8 You can: - run the firewall troubleshooting wizard to unblock a recently blocked communication - make sure that the IP of the device is in the trusted zone
Krischeu 1
Thanks for this very fast response. Where can I find, that the device is in the trusted zone?
Administrators Marcos 4,243 Posted June 8 Administrators Share Posted June 8 You can check Known networks settings where you can set particular network as trusted or public, or add the IP address expressly to the trusted zone in the Zone setup. Krischeu 1
Hi, how can I create a Policy at the eset protect dashboard for all Notebooks and PCs?

Krischeu 1
I solved it with interactive mode. The firewall troubleshouter was not working. No blocked rules found. Now there is a new question upcoming. I can export the settings and import them to other clients. How can I do this with all clients automatically?
Administrators Marcos 4,243 Posted June 13 Administrators Share Posted June 13 You can download the configuration from a client in the ESET PROTECT console, convert it to a policy and edit it so that it contains only firewall rules. You can then apply the policy on other clients as well.
Krischeu 1
Do you mean, I can use the exported configuration from a client, import the file into the eset protect console and convert it to a policy?
Administrators Marcos 4,243 Posted June 13 Administrators Share Posted June 13 You can both download the configuration from a client and convert it to a policy in client details in the console.
