A problem with Eset internet security

Hello, I previously created a topic that talks about the ESET gui crash  when analyzing usb drive, and I knew in that topic that the cause of the problem is the usb drive itself, but I tried analyzing the usb drive using Kaspersky, which analyze it without problems, I think the problem is with the software and not the usb drive.

Please open a support ticket since further investigation will be needed. It's possible that developers will need to reproduce the issue using the same USB key which is not faulty.
