Ra Server Not Updating

ThreatSense Web site indicates the latest virus definitions are 10438 but my RA server mirror is stuck at 10436.  I have cleared the update cache and updated but it remains at 10436.

I manually ran my ERA updater...it now shows downloaded signature 10425 (20140916)...i have one client on a laptop who updates via internet if he cant see ERA server and he is at 10437...all the rest of my endpoints show 10435

Latest signatures are now 10439 and my clients and RA is still stuck at 10436.
