PC got restarted over and over again when I download the games in Steam

Every time I download games in steam at like 50mb/s, my PC will somehow reboot over and over again. Idk the reason for a long time until recently, I find it might be caused by ESET. And then I uninstall it. This problem never happens again. But I do need protection for my PC. So, I need some help here. T_T

Do you know what mechanism of ESET causes this? Is that possible you can tell me how to solve this?  Thanks ahead.

ESET doesn't reboot the machine on its own. Even if a restart is required after upgrade or cleaning, the user is prompted for a restart. I'd check system logs for information about which process initiated the restart.
