ESET Staff MichalJ 430 Posted May 26, 2022 ESET Staff Share Posted May 26, 2022 Hello, This would indicate, that the license is being used on computers that do not connect to ESET PROTECT / PROTECT Cloud. You should login to your ESET Business Account, where under "Activated devices" you will find the ones. If those are not your computers, you can deactivate them (as that would indicate license leakage), and I would suggest to contact your ESET representative to reset license credentials. I will go into my MSP Administrator (or eba.eset.com for non-MSP) and deactivate any computers that aren't checking in any longer. This kind of thing happens sometimes for me for some unknown reason.
