NOD32 Antivirus Email protection is moving every email to spam folder

This started happening on 3 PCs all using NOD 32 Antivirus in the last few days (sorry can't be specific).
The mail client is MS Office Standard 2019
OS is Win10 with latest updates.

NOD32 is fully updated.
We are seeing all emails being moved to the spam folder.

We've configured NOD32 to do NOTHING with spam as a workaround - obviously not a solution.

Is this a known recent issue?
