Administrators Marcos 5,404 Posted May 16, 2022 Administrators Share Posted May 16, 2022 I assume that deselecting these options in the Windows Security setup would disable these notifications:

If you click the little triangle arrow it should be there. Open up and see if eset is disabled and if so try and enable it. If it doesn't work send us a screenshot of what you see and you may need to generate a log
RimPorts- SR-IT-Specialist 0
This is a reoccurring issue - I see several forum posts about it and all are closed without further comment. Currently experiencing similar issue of both ESET and Windows Firewall are shut off on particular systems, but the policies in the Cloud Admin say they are enabled. The end user is really concerned so I allowed Windows Firewall to be turned on until something else can be resolved or a different solution is presented. Is the ESET firewall working? If you switch to interactive mode, are you prompted for an action upon a connection detection? If so, carry on as follows: Enable advanced logging under Help and support -> Technical support Reboot the machine Make sure the firewall is reported off Stop logging Collect logs with ESET Log Collector Open a support ticket and provide the ELC logs when asked.
