halobolah 1
Hi all. Our company want to install Eset file security on linux server but when we installed on several servers, not all in the same time, but servers are slowing down. We use Centos 7, RHEL 7.x - one day is ok, but another day even log in to machine is a problem (we must wait for prompt ~10 - 20 sec). When we stop efs service: systemctl stop efs everything is ok. We check server load and don't see any ubnormal behavior. Where to start searching a solution ?
ESET Moderators Peter Randziak 1,160 Posted May 10, 2022 ESET Moderators Share Posted May 10, 2022 Hello @halobolah, I would recommend to get a set of logs once you observe the issue and open a case your your local ESET technical support to have it checked and investigated... ESET Moderators Peter Randziak 1,160 Posted May 10, 2022 ESET Moderators Share Posted May 10, 2022 Hello @halobolah, I would start with the one described at https://help.eset.com/essl/9/en-US/troubleshooting.html?collect_logs.html If the support guys / devs will need further ones, they will ask for it...
