ChrSmith 0 Posted May 10 Share Posted May 10 (edited) Hello, since we're using ESET we've noticed major issues with the combination of the ESET + Docuware Outlook Add-In. When we're using the Docuware Outlook Plugin, it exports the marked mail and also sets the Outlook Category "Docuware". As long as the ESET Add-in is installed, the category set only works 3 out of 5 times, as soon as uninstall the ESET plugin, it works perfectly. More info is available at https://forum.eset.com/topic/31778-new-outlook-plugin-beta-to-resolve-issues-reported/ so I would recommend to deploy in on few computers affected to check if it indeed resolves the issue.
