eset licen not be working on my device

I'm buy eset licen on 2021.Then I use it to my laptop acer a515-56g then today I reset my laptop and reinstall windows.And I install eset and give my activion code erro be displaying.this lice was used by multiple devices I'm not share my key at any one.I use it to my old laptop but I can't use now what I can do for this PLEASE HELP ME.
