Sokun168 0 Posted May 6, 2022 Posted May 6, 2022 I see have more detect from ESET client, So how can I push clean from ESET Management or Blacklist file. What the action i can do after have detection?
Administrators Marcos 5,468 Posted May 6, 2022 Administrators Posted May 6, 2022 Was the threat detected by real-time protection or on-demand scanner? Would it be possible to provide logs collected with ESET Log Collector from the machine in question?
Sokun168 0 Posted May 6, 2022 Author Posted May 6, 2022 Detected by real-time protection. I just want to know can clean and blacklist file from ESET Management?
Administrators Marcos 5,468 Posted May 6, 2022 Administrators Posted May 6, 2022 I can't tell why the threat was retained without further logs. Please provide ELC logs as requested.
Sokun168 0 Posted May 7, 2022 Author Posted May 7, 2022 If ESET client not make sure it's will not clean, So we can't push clean from ESET Management?
Administrators Marcos 5,468 Posted May 7, 2022 Administrators Posted May 7, 2022 You can send an on-demand scan task from the ESET PROTECT management console to clients.
Sokun168 0 Posted May 7, 2022 Author Posted May 7, 2022 On-demand scan it's still detected but not clean because ESET client not sure.

I'm sorry, it's not clear what you mean. Please collect logs with ESET Log Collector from the machine in question.
Sokun168 0 Posted May 10, 2022 Author Posted May 10, 2022 Example: ESET Client has detected some file or threat, ESET Management Center will see the detection but Statues it's not clean Because the ESET client not sure file this is a virus or not. So when the client meets the same file or threat it's still detected and still not clean, So I want the ESET Client auto clean file that meet last time although unknown or not sure, mean I don't want client have this file or threat.
Administrators Marcos 5,468 Posted May 10, 2022 Administrators Posted May 10, 2022 Detections are cleaned automatically on clients unless you change the default cleaning mode. Should there be an issue cleaning a particular threat / detection, further logs will be needed for perusal.
Administrators Marcos 5,468 Posted May 10, 2022 Administrators Posted May 10, 2022 It's in the ThreatSense setup for the particular protection module. In managed environments it's set to Always remedy detection:
Sokun168 0 Posted May 20, 2022 Author Posted May 20, 2022 here is default but ESET client not clean if not sure.
Administrators Marcos 5,468 Posted May 20, 2022 Administrators Posted May 20, 2022 Unfortunately it's not clear what the problem is. Please provide ELC logs from the machine with the detections.
