Owner Name column does not match the License record

In ESProtect Console, Under License Management: the Owner Name column does not match the License record from EBA. It does not match any element of the EBA record and it is not editable.

Just to make sure, was the license added via your EBA account and not via your license key?

Does running a license sync make a difference?
