EBA Account reset 2FA

Hi Eset,

I have a problem with account EBA, please support me in this case.

Before, I created 2FA and authorize it via mobile. At current, my phone reset so I can not log in to my EBA Account. 
I read Eset's Guide and I know how to log in via Backup Code. However, I deleted the email that contain the Backup Code.

So, please advise me on how I log in EBA account. Thanks a lot.

Hello @Mike_Kintaru,

if you lost access to your e-mail, there is only one option to get back to your EBA account - change the e-mail and send back-up codes to your new e-mail. This can't be achieved without contacting ESET Customer Care, so please reach out to https://www.eset.com/int/support/contact/.
