At current, my phone reset so I can not log in to my EBA Account. I read Eset's Guide and I know how to log in via Backup Code. However, I deleted the email that contain the Backup Code. This can't be achieved without contacting ESET Customer Care, so please reach out to https://www.eset.com/int/support/contact/.
