ESET password manager logged me out and claimed I have no license

I have been using the password manager for the past four (4) months. Today I was logged out, and when trying to log back in, it says I have no license on my account.

I am going to assume these two are associated. Four (4) months of usage and suddenly "poof"

Is this how it is going to be? Am I going to slowly watch everything associated with my original purchase degrade?!
