Chrome, Edge crashing with 0xc0000022 after Windows 11

Windows 11 April update KB 5012592. When installing this update, google chrome and microsoft edge won't open
and error chrome.exe and microsoft edge.exe
0xc0000022
Uninstalling the update fixes it

I am an Eset smart security premium user
After disabling eset smart security premium, I was able to install properly

Please carry on as follows:

1. With browsers closed, enable advanced logging under Help and support -> Technical support
2. Launch a browser and reproduce the issue
3. Stop logging
4. Collect logs with ESET Log Collector and upload the generated archive here (only the ESET staff can access attachments).

Depois desativar o primeiro de segurança inteligente, consegui install corretamente

I didn't have this problem because I use Vivaldi Browser!
