Password Manager

I have password installed on my computer and android phone. I cannot start either one because it asks for the 6-diigit verification. Which I do not have and on my google authenticator or other authenticators. They ask for a QR scan or secret key which I do not where to access them on the passwords manager either on computer or android phone. Does anyone know how I can find any info on getting the 6-digit codes to access them?
