Update authorization failed. Please check if your license is valid

I purchase a license for version 15.1.12.0 and my Help and support sections show that

License Paid, validity is 02 May-2024, and ID is 3 AM-XJD-TRA

 but still, my home screen always shows that the Detection engine is out of date, even after clicking on update module, it shows that ("modules-update failed, please check if license is valid"). Plz rectify the issue.

The license was issued in China and is invalid. Looks like you didn't purchase it from an authorized partner and fell a victim to scam.
