Eset Detection Exclusion

HI! I already include Secureaplus PUA Detection in detection exclusion and Eset Real-Time protection does not detect the application anymore but why when I run computer scan Eset still detect that application.

Check this https://support.eset.com/en/kb2769-exclude-files-or-folders-from-scanning-in-eset-windows-home-products not on my pc right now but can't remember if there's a separate exception part for real-time and on demand scans
