How do I stop a site that is being blocked constantly (that I am getting on screen notifications for)

Hi there, So my Eset Smart Security Premium appears to be doing its job and it says it has blocked a suspect URL> But now I have received 950 notifications in the last hour about this. How do I actually remove the threat so I don't keep getting notified about this site that ESET says it has blocked? (now up to 1257 notifications constantly popping up on screen. If I press 'Close all notifications" can I be sure that this is no longer a threat to me?
