Block emails based on keyworks in sender address

Hi all, wes use Eset Mail Security 7 on Exchange 2016, is it possible to block email as the title says? for emample

marketing@spam.com

marketing.uk@spam.com

marketing1@spam.com

marketing.1.uk@spam.com

and so on, I want to add the word "marketing" to mail security and have it block all the addresses above, is this possible?
