ESET LiveGuard can't be turned back on

In setup, ESET Live Guard and Proactive protection have a red slider.  When I click to try and enable the function on, a box comes up asking if I want to disable ESET LiveGuard permanently.  I don't want to disable permanently, I want to enable it.  There doesn't seem to be a way to make the slider green and enable the function. How do I fix this?

About when it is planned to finally fix the ESSP licenses, because almost 2 weeks have passed and the problem persists?
