When I go to the anti-theft portal, it states my computer is optimized with 5 stars. How can I resolve this please. I have a Motorola Moto G 5G plus. Thank you. Unfortunately not, but I've discovered the problem occurs when my phone is in battery saver mode and not all android features are available. So this makes sense.
