Yes, I even tried to update the existing machines by going over the context menu and hitting the update. However It generates the same error. Any ideas where to look further? Thank you. When done, provide logs collected with ESET Log Collector from the client. I'd recommend opening a support ticket in case that further troubleshooting will be needed. Multiple Protect Appliances - multiple Client Systems Could this be some kind of CDN problem? I'm from germany too. I tried nocdn like in kb7811 but get the same result. If you create a new AiO installer or install task and select the desired product and version from the repository, you should not get a message that the product was not found in the repository.
