Can't access the Cloud Management Portal

We have not been able to access the ESET Protect Cloud today using the link from the Dashboard. Clicking either the ESET Protect Cloud link from the dashboard or from the navigation bar redirects us back to the ESET MSP Administrator.


Have also tried looking at my history and going directly to https://eu02.protect.eset.com/era/webconsole/ but still get redirected back to https://msp.eset.com/ema/dashboard


Troubleshooting I Have tried:

Clearing Browser Cache

Clearing DNS Cache

Trying Edge insted of Chrome

Trying a Private Browsing session.

Asking a Collegue who is in the office to try (I am working from Home) but they are having the same issue.

Hello Robert.

if the issue persists I would recommend to clear the browser cache, cookies and restart it to have a clear start and record a HAR from the attempt to check it with technical support.
