Under State it gives me Other Countrys not USA States, of course it will not let me leave that blank

Bought a License, but can't get past sign up part.. I fill in the requirement but under State it gives me Other Countrys not USA State, of course it will not let me leave that blank so I can't continue..

Is support really this slow? I would think this would be a quick answer.

 

Did Amazon sell me a Key from a NON USA group?

Please understand that this forum is not meant to be a substitution to contacting customer care and raising a support ticket. In this forum ESET users share their knowledge with moderators and other ESET staff.

In this case I can't help since I'm not getting the State field even if I select USA as the country. Please open a support ticket with ESET LLC who should know best when this field is displayed.

Hey Marcos,

My bad sir, I did think this section was tied to Support.. Thank you for clarification.

I contacted the ESET North America support, selected chat and a Rep was on promptly to help.

 

For others that read this, he had me go to another Licensee add page, a link he gave me.. I would post it here but lost it during reboot adding in my ESET.. the other page took my info easily, then when I went back to normal login screen I had to hit add License again, but this time, nothing to fill out, it just found it and activated it for the account.
